The 34th annual Centreville Day Parade steps off at 11:00 AM, bringing local groups, clubs, scouts, performers, vehicles, and community organizations through Historic Centreville for one of the day’s most traditional and family-friendly moments.
This year, George Washington himself will serve as Parade Marshal, leading the way as part of Centreville Day’s 250th celebration.
Near the main stage, each unit will pause to be announced and cheered on by the SYA Sports Cheerleaders, while judges choose winners for Most Enthusiastic and Most Patriotic, with $50 prizes for each.
Bring the kids, grab a spot along the route, and enjoy a little bit of that classic hometown parade feeling.
The parade is organized by American Legion Post 1995, whose members coordinate the lineup, route, judging, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the procession moving.
